STUDIO PAYMENTS

Free Trial Classes!

If you are new to our studio and want to try a class, you can still sign up for registration and waiver form to try the class/es. Tuition and Registration fee will need to be paid when you officially register for their next class to enroll in our program.  

Registration Fee:
Registration Fee is $50 for new students or students who have stopped our program for over a year period. Students enrolling for the next semester or two do not need to pay registration fees. Registration fee MUST be paid the same time as tuition for complete registration.

Tuition:
Tuition is determined by how many classes are taken throughout the week. Please email what classes your child/ children is interested in, to find out your tuition rate. We will also determine if any discounts are applicable and if we will prorate your tuition based on the week registering throughout the semester. Discounts that we have include family/sibling discount, full payment discounts, and referral discounts. We try to also be flexible with payment and you can decide to do full or monthly payments. Please email us once you determine your child’s classes and we will determine your child’s individual total.

Payment Plans:

Full payment is made during registration for full payment of tuition and registration fees. You will receive the 5% discount if making the full payment.

Monthly tuition must be paid by first class day of the month! If not paid on time, a $10 late fee will be added to tuition per month late.

At this time we are only accepting Cash or Check Payments in studio. We are working toward card/ online payments for the future.

Discounts:

Full Payment: If making full payment upon registration, you will receive a 5% discount off. If you have already paid for your child’s deposit from the previous semester, only the remaining tuition will be needed to include full payment upon Open Registration or first day of their classes.

Sibling: Sibling discount is 5% off lowest student’s tuition.

Ex. 1st student is $700, 2nd student is $400, 5% off the $400 is $20. $20 will be discounted and applied to second student’s tuition.

Referral: For every FULLY registered referral you bring in (the referred student must have made payment), get $25 off your child’s tuition. Student referred must acknowledge your referral upon registering OR you must let us know of your referral before they register.

There are NO REFUNDS for classes. We will do our best to hold makeup classes if in an event of an emergency and we have to cancel classes. There are no individual makeup classes. We will do our best to schedule makeup classes on Fridays or make video classes if an event should occur that we will need to close I.E typhoon, pandemic. Our studio will close if we are in Category 3 of a storm warning. Please stay updated with the weather reports.

Studio Rental:

If you would like to rent our studio, please email us! The Studio is open to use for practice for other dance recitals, weddings, YouTube or TikTok videos. Studio availability is before or after our Studio Class Schedule.
